We are also using Etomidate at 0.3mg/kg in our RSI for patients 10yrs and over.  Great drug, that has very little hemodynamic side effects.
Also, the company Abbott makes Etomidate in prefilled 40mg syringes with the life shield feature.  It cuts down on the time spent drawing from the vial.
