Richard,
My former program uses the Bell 407, and we did not have a strict crew weight and height limit. We did not have any real issues with it. Granted, it could be tight with the crew, a balloon pump and pt, but we always managed well. Overall, I was quite impressed with the 407 and its abilities. It is a good A/C!
