First off, I wasn't slamming any of your comments. I was just making the point that you have to be very careful in a legality sense, such as addressing human resource positions like this---you can be sued for discrimination. I think that people should be able to perform the full gambit of their scope of practice but you have to be careful on how stringent your guidelines maybe. You all know how sue happy people can be in modern times.
Furthermore, I still feel there is a difference between performing SWAT/ Military Operations missions and civilian aerovac. Don't take offense at opinions, i.e. "!!!". Thanks for listening and keep up the discussion. Take care.
