Last time I looked, the Nat. EMS Pilots Assoc. website
(http://www.nemspa.org/) had a database of programs in the USA. It included
FW and RW, and admittedly had a few gaps (they missed two programs in
Georgia, while including two that have since changed names,) but it might be
a starting point.
