Not exactly 31, can't remember the conversion factor. Units here are are mmol/litre.
For a country that supposedly switched to metric years ago, I have no idea why the units are not mg/dl! Most guidelines for DT's allow the co-administration of thiamine and glucose if capillary blood glucose levels are below 4.0 mmol/dl
