Aircraft & ground unit decontamination

I am writing to gain feedback from other flight and ground transport
programs as to the frequency of cleaning their vehicles.  I work for a
critical care and emergency air and ground transport company where the
vehicles are cleaned once a week...Fridays.  Other than that, the vehicles
are only spot cleaned when there is visible contamination.  After working
for many years in EMS where vehicles are decontaminated every shift with
1:10 bleach solutions, I feel this is inadequate.  I am writing to find out
to which standards other programs are adhereing in terms of cleaning their
