Air-Worthiness

Does anyone have any FDA/SMDA or other information concerning Air-Worthiness 
on Medical Devices and Equipment?
Our company is a fixed wing air ambulance and has had difficulty with some 
the our equipment, specifically automatic blood pressure/Pulse-ox equipment, 
at high altitude.
