Re: 24 hour shifts and salary



The other issue to is that even if your not exempt the employer may have
already figured "overtime" into you salary.  Another factor that falls in to
place is how that 24 hours is divided up.  Part of it may be call or sleep
time which opens up a whole other conversation.
