RE: Calstar to comply with California labor codes
In my rebuttal to the original posting my point seems to have been mistaken.
Yes pilots are a vital role to this profession. But 2 things; 1. I work in
Sacramento CA where all of this has started from the original UCD pilots.
And 2. is the original author of this article who named many of the other
programs in this area. These are companies where he used to work. I did
not see the need to name other programs in the area. If there is to be
discussion on this web site, I just hope it remains professional. Because
not only do people who work in this field view this shared information, but
so do people from the outside who are looking to gain some knowledge and
insight into our daily lives. Yes the overtime law was inacted Jan 2001.
So it is a legal issue.
