My qualifications are, Manuel, that I am an elected State Fire Commissioner running a Fire/EMS first response team that averages over 20 calls per day and is responsible for 11 sq. miles of primary service turf and 50,000 residents. I have served in this capacity for 10 years. So, yes, I do think I am quite qualified to speak my piece here. I feel EMS pilot issues should be a part of this network and that you as a crew member should be more supportive instead of critical of the current pay issues. I'm very sure that if it were about your position that you too would expect the rest of us to be more sympathetic.
So, you see, dear soul, the EMS aviation industry is only secondary to my commitment.... Don't slobber on yourself about what it's like to be on the street and a committed professional. Your preaching to the choir here.
