Our medical director removed all pre-packaged Melker Cric kits and replaced 
them with simplified home grown kits with :scalpel, skin hook and 6.5 ETT's.
    Rationale was kits were to complicated and the KISS theory of operation 
was best for field use.

Open to and looking for suggestions-feedback
