Neonatal Hypothermia

During our last NICU call review we discussed the fact that we are encountering an unusually high number of "more than normal" hypothermic neonates.  We already do a couple of things to ameliorate this but know there are probably more or different ways of doing things and thought we would ask all of you as to what little tricks you do for this patient population.  Any and all suggestions welcome.  Thanks and Happy Holidays!  Fly safe.
