Re: Aeromedical Prisoner Transport



Dear List,
     Is the prisoner still a prisoner, or just a kidnapee, if
you cross state lines?  In the event of an accident are you
liable for their egress if you have restrained them?  Just
some fodder for y'all to chaw.
