Intubation Requirements

Our program currently requires each team member to have one successful intubation every quarter.  If an intubation is not completed for that quarter the team member must report to the OR to complete one intubation.

I am looking for information on how different flight programs maintain intubation skills.  How many intubations are required each quarter, month, or year at your program?  Do you allow intubations to be carried over to the following quarter, month, or year?  If an intubation is not completed how are intubation skills maintained (manikin, OR, etc)?  Does your program require additional intubations for team members who perform pediatric/neonatal transports?  Any information would be greatly appreciated.  Thanks in advance.
