Need a little more information on this. This may not be possible. Correct me
if I'm wrong ( and I'm sure someone will :-) ) but if you use a vendor, Your
company is the customer and that would put ya'll under part 135 at all times.
We tried to do this with a former vendor as the pilots kept running out of
duty time and we would get stuck somewhere on long distance transfers. As we
were the one's paying the vendor, we were the customer and as long as we were
aboard---Part 135.
