Hi Greg,

We are hospital based here at Children's Hospital in Birmingham, Alabama as
well.  Currently we are required to help staff the ER and the ICU when we're
not out on a trip.  Just from my perspective, this setup is not optimal.
We're looking for ways to change this but haven't made any progress as of
yet.  It is nice to be in the unit at times to get a bit of heads up on
certain trips but is overall like working two jobs in one shift.

Just my 1/50th of a dollar.
