Hey everyone, looking for some input regarding the
new CAMTS guidelines in relation to maintaining helipad security at the
aircraft's primary base location. Specifically I am interested in knowing
how your program has addressed the "direct visual security of the aircraft"
guideline, and as it applys to an aircraft that is not affiliated with the
hospital, where the crew is not stationed in near vicinity of the helipad.
If you have a video camera spotlighting the aircraft, who watches the
monitor? Hospital security, the ER, or the crew?
