So, can anyone on the list (legal types, probably) give us an idea of where WE stand in the arena of "Flight Crew" designation with the Federal Government/FAA ?

 

What I mean by this is, suppose "hypothetically", that you are assaulted (not just hit by a hyoxic granny during in inter-facility txpt) but really hit by a drunk or whatever.

 

Are there potentially Federal Charges in addition to local ones out there?

 

I am sure there is a service that has (unfortunately) expereienced something along these lines, and I have a need for this information acutely.
