I also have in place a Durable Power of Attorney, a Living Will, an Advance 
Directive, and a signed Last Will and Testament- all written by a competent 
Estate Attorney. These are important issues for us as well as our patients. If 
they have taken the time and expense to address this, it is our ethical and 
legal responsibility to follow their wishes.
