I've noticed that I havent seen much said on this subject about the use of 
Fentanyl with RSI...its pretty much a standard with our intubations sequence, 
either with Etomidate/Fentanyl , or Versed/Fentanyl   (along with Sux)  
Decision is usuall based on hemodynamics of Pt,personal preference etc.  Are 
most programs out there using Fentanyl for ETI?
