RE: EMS Billing
We have, and it has made an incredibly positive difference! We are now
budget neutral or better for the past year. We use Golden Hour Data Systems.

Subject: EMS Billing
Good Afternoon!
Has anyone been a part of a service that is hospital based, who has
switched from Hosptial Billing (bundling EMS/AIR charges into the pt's
hosptial bill) to Standalone EMS Billing using any of the various
software packages, or independent billers that are out there?
I am working on a presentation, and you know how good it looks to
actually have data with you when you do that...hospital admin types are
SO tight that way ;)
Thanks for your time, a simple "We Did" with a "Works Well" or "Sucks"
is fine in reply, I don't want you to have to research or write a book.
(unless you REALLY feel compelled to tell me to buy or stay away from a
particular vendor)
Keep the Takeoff and Landing Ratio Equal...
