Membership/Subscriptions

Hello all.

I was wanting informal data on Membership or Subscriptions from any
service out there.
Our service is in a network of 9 other programs that sell a membership
which off-sets flight costs should the member need transport.  It is a
very nice gift, PR item, and good thing to have if you travel etc.

I would like to know:
1: Does your service offer/sell this?
2: How Much and is it yearly, life, individual, or family
3: Does it apply to FW, RW, or CC-Ground, or ALL modes of txpt
4: How many other programs do you network your coverage with
5: If you are networked, please list the other programs, so I can
extrapolate the date properly. 
6: How many members do you have?

I will compile the data and post results for the collective (no pun
intended!)

My Data:  60.00 yearly family membership, covers FLIGHT, we network with
9 services: 
Mercy Air Ambulance
Redding, CA, Enloe Flight Care, Chico, CA Boise Life Flight,Boise, ID,
Bannock Life Flight
Pocatello, ID, Life Flight Network Portland, OR, Air Life Bend, OR,
Sioux Valley Intensive Air
Sioux Falls, S.D., Medlife Air Ambulance Bellingham, WA and 1 new one I
don't have name of yet.
We have almost 1200 members.

I believe these are all within our same aviation vendor, CJ Systems.
There is no connection between our vendor and the program, but it makes
it easier for network administration somehow, I am told.
