I am new to this list so this might be something talked about recently, if
so let me know.
I am conducting a survey of programs that pay some type of hazard pay to
staff. I am mainly looking at hospital based programs that pay the flight
staff a transport diff over what other staff of the same credentials would make
in another area of the hospital.
Also, I would be interested to know if you have staff on call from home,
are they paid for this time and if so at what rate?
