Casual Staff

Good day. I am the manager of the Province of Nova Scotia air ambulance
program and I am attempting to write a policy for casual/part time staff
and seeking best practices. Do you folks have casual/ part time staff?
If so, are they required to work in your program a minimum 3 of
shifts/month? Must they work in another clinical environment as well?
And if they are required to work in another clinical setting, are there
experiences that they must get?

Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks
