Medicare/CPT HCPC codes for Flight Physician

The CPT Code you are looking for is :
99289 for Face to Face Physician during Transport, 30-74 minutes. Each
additional 30 minutes, you code as follows :  99289 , 99290 If it is a 2
hour flight, it would be coded 99289,99290,99290 You add the 99290 to
the original code for each additional 30 minutes, per our service's
coder. She has a great computer program, so I can get this stuff pretty
easy. Hope it helps.
