Dr. Nagappan,
I worked diligently to become a certified flight paramedic.  Yes, I care
for them in other places, but the distinction is there because the
certification is difficult to achieve. Please do not rename
professionals, just because the title isn't what you were looking for.
Why don't you simply call your research "History of Helicopters in the
Care of the Critically Ill".
