Re: Charting



We use a RN/EMTP crew, and we swap each transport.  Whoever is primary is 
responsible for documentation, primary decision making on that patient, and 
report to the hospital.  The secondary's role is to package the patient, and 
assist the primary, weither the primary is a Medic or RN.
