Doubling ground transport patients

Our program is looking for information from other ground transport programs
regarding transporting two patients from a particular facility.  We would
like to know if your program is equipped and willing to take two patients
on a transport.  If so, what acuity of patients do you allow to be doubled
and what is your crew configuration.  If you do not double your transports,
we would also like to hear why.  Thank you for your assistance in gathering
this info.
