I am not sure which book you are referring to but I do have a book that was published by Mosby several years ago that's titled THE AIRWAY:Emergency management by Ronald Stewart (not Charles Stewart) it was co-authored by Dailey, Simon and Young. It is a great book on airway management. A bit pricey though ( I think about $90). It has everything you ever wanted to know on airway management. I used it to prepare an airway management lecture with great results. Probably a different book than the one you referred to but I just thought I would pass it on to the list.
