The purchase of Rocky Mountain Holdings, LLC,  the parent of Rocky Mountain 
Helicopters, by Air Methods is an interesting development in the world of 
domestic air medical transport.  Right now, there are on-going negotiations 
between St. Anthony's, Air Methods, and some other companies, with the goal 
of preserving Flight For Life in its current state.  Whatever happens 
contractually, it should be transparent to the community.
