Keep your eye out on eBay.  I've seen it offered, but haven't bought it.
(yet.)  You can search using the phrase "flight nurse", which will also show
you the "Cherry Ames, Flight Nurse" editions being offered.  And some other
sundry items, occasionally.

Not that I have any experience on eBay, or anything.  I've just heard.
