Thank you for your reply on the use of the BIG intraosseous device. I had gathered a few articles where the BIG was used in a comparison study but had not found anyone who has actually used one in clinical practice. A number of EMS agencies/providers have expressed an interest in the BIG and any assitance in contacting the manufacturer or vendor would be greatly appreciated.
