Our screening process requires the following:
5 years either as a nurse in ICU/ER but prefer pre-hospital exposure. 75% of our nurses are also Paramedics.
If a medic, 5 years in a high volume 911 service.

ACLS, BLS, a pediatric course, a trauma course required.
Certification as CEN, CCRN or CFRN for nurses, NREMT-P required CCEMT-P preferred.

We will be requiring the potential crew members to take the BKAT exam and undergo a skills testing during the interview process.
