We use the Thomas Pack here in Shreveport.  No complaints.  Easy to work from, easy to carry, durable, easy to wash.  They wear out after 2 or 3 years of hard use just like any other soft pack.  I have no experience with any other brands.

Curious if any RW programs use the Thomas Pack system, specifically the Advanced Life Support set, or the Aeromed bag.  Just curious how the system is, if it is effective, easy to use or what not?

Our program is transitioning into a 407, and we are compacting down some of our soft supplies, just curious on any ideas or any suggestions.
