Brian,  I've never heard of a hospital charging a landing fee.  It would
be a disservice to the hospital.  If a hospital is large enough to have
a flight program, they should have a parking area for their aircraft
separate from the main landing area or they are being short sighted.
Other aircraft must bring patients there as well.  Most outlying
hospitals that we service have two landing areas.
