We have some experience with the BIG in pediatric patients- we think its
great.
We also teach how to use it in our medical simulation center for both
infants, pediatric patients and adults (we constructed an adult IO leg).
The only drawback we found is - one must be carefull when using it for the
first time and when teaching how to use it.
