protocols for cva/ bleed

hello My name is Geoff Patty I am a Transport RN for UH cleveland CCT. We 
have been trying to overhaul our protocols. Looking specifically for Adult 
protocols for dealing with Acute CVA (BAT)-as we call them and ICH( 
intraventricular hemmorage) or subdural hematoma. If any one can help me out 
I would greatly appreciate it.  p.s. Iwhoever helps me out I send you our new
