Good information is available in: Hearn AE, Nary DA.  Therapeutic agents in 
preterm labor:  Tocolytic agents.  Clin Obstet Gynecol 2000;43(4):787-801 and 
also in Gyetvai K, Hannah ME, Hodnett, Ohlsson A.  Tocolytics for preterm 
labor:  A systematic review.  Obstet & Gynecol 1999;94(5):869-77.
