Student RN Preceptorship positions
Hi all,
Is anyone aware of a flight program (fixed or rotary) that accepts student RN's for preceptorship/mentoring placements? My college requires two final clinical nursing rotations of 20x12 hours each, and I am looking to do the final placement in a flight program if possible.
I have 4 years full-time (about 1500 flight hours) of Critical Care Paramedic time and about 500 nursing hours over the past 12 years as an ER Paramedic filling casual nursing positions (using RN scope) due to staff shortages. Also teach ACLS/PHTLS/BTLS/AMLS, with current PALS and NRP. Plus ALSO and ATLS certifications (full courses, not audit).
Fly Safe.
