Physical Testing Standards

We currently test all nurses at our hospital with the same standard. The
maximum weight is 50#'s, and we are moving to a no lift policy. This does
not translate to the pre-hospital setting. Does anyone have a specialized
physical testing program? If you are willing to share I would greatly
appreciate the help.
