protocols

At our cct team we are attempting to update out adult protocols.  particularly acute stroke and ich (head bleed) protocols,  been having repeated differences of opinion regarding treatment, ie mannitol use, treating hypertension, throbolytics etc. if anyone has either protocols for these and wouldnt mind forwarding them to me it would be much appreciated--- also any thoughts on the"latest thoughts" on bat and ich treatment prehospital.
