I too recommend MECA not as an entity but only because I have not had
the pleasure but Diane Fojyt (Diane I apologize if this is misspelled)
in specific. When I was wading into the pool of this great profession
her class for the Air Crew Core was unforgettable and has stayed with me
and I find myself referring to the literature and notes from that class.
I am certain if she has gathered those around her in any similarity they
will provide the very best presentation/class there is to be had. Just
the opinion of a well satisfied former student.
