Bob,
My intent in gathering the infomation is not for marketing and would not
like to setup a situation in which speed or desire for speed compromised
safety. I just really wanted to know how long from the initial call to
giving that request to the crew / pilot for disposition was. I actually
don't need program names, etc but do need the data to be realistic. Again, I
hope not to further the debate that crew x is better than crew y with crew z
is the better than abc
