Evac Lifeteam had some sort of program going, or so I have heard. You might
try them.

I have a professional colleague who does training for
nurses and alot of it is abroad. She is looking at bringing some
nurses from Hong Kong for two weeks for some flight training and is looking
for a course if one is already available. Here is her request. I
am not sure of the time line and I would get you in touch with her
personally via email.
"I wonder if you can help me. My contacts in Hong
Kong want to send 3-4 nurses to MN to take a flight nurse class. I
don't know of any classes or course for flight nurse training in MN.
Do you?? How about a class in WI, maybe Milwaukee or Madison? Do
you know anything about one in Kansas? I think it is two weeks
long. Any information you could give me would be most
helpful."
I think she would be amendable to the upper
Midwest..
