It all depends on what you are looking for.  I have an
IPaq and I love it.  I've never had a problem paying
for things I use.  Yes there are tons of stuff for the
Palm but how many abg programs can yo use at one time.
 As to the free Drug software, neither of the big ones
have nursing implication and good info on syring and
Y-site compatability.  I also use the multimedia
capabilities to teach (power point presentations).

Just look at your need and if possible check out the
software you think you'll be using.
