Sounds like you are on the right track so far, experience is what you need
next, usually at least three years or more for most programs. Also consider
becoming an EMT, which is usually a one semester class. Many rotor programs
want RN's to be EMTs or Paramedics as well, plus it sure helps your resume,
in my opinion. Study for the CFRN exam as well. Good luck to you..
