Sandy,
   the flight crew at San Antonio airlife had a really
neat pocket guide that they used to carry and give to
E.R. nurses a few years ago. It was a plastic
flip-chart and had some very useful charts for IV
infusions. You may want to contact them to see if they
still have any.
