       Hey think of it this way..............you get better with 
age..........just like fine wine. I would take someone with years anyday.  I 
think the majority of us are hitting the depends age anyway...........just a 
joke. I am 39 myself.  Hang in there and be the best you are no matter what 
your age is and if all else fails then their is age discrimination to 
pursue.........so you cannot be denied.  Good Luck and fly safe,  Karen
