We are using the pulmonetics vent. It is able to go to the bedside and be
placed on the patient. It also has great diagnostic tools and we can get a
lot of information on our patient from the vent. All of our pt's on the
vent are also placed on SpO2 monitoring and ETCO2 monitoring. We have an
extensive vent class on initial orientation and review every quarter with
scenario role play. We fly RN/RN.
