Fiberoptic vs Incandescent bulbs
I am interseted in hearing the pros and cons of utilizing fiberoptic laryngoscope blades to perform oral endotracheal intubation. We currently use the standard incandescent laryngoscope blades and are interested in purchasing fiberoptic. You input will be valued. I do not work as a flight medic yet but hope to in the future. I have the utmost respect of the flight crews that service our area.
Thank you,
Robert Land, FF/EMTP
